Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or cancellation, please visit your account at https://account.monjourhandmade.com. Once you have notified us of your intention to return, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items made to your specifications, such as a specific size, length, color, metal, finish, design variation, or other buyer-requested details

  • Made-to-order pieces that require the preparation or production of gold or silver components specifically for your order

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry if the protective packaging or hygiene seal has been opened after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. To start a return or cancellation, visit your account at https://account.monjourhandmade.com. Once you have notified us of your intention to return, items must be sent back within 14 days.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, items made to your specifications, or sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method. For eligible EU returns under the right of withdrawal, the refund will include the standard initial delivery cost, where required by law. Additional delivery costs, such as express shipping chosen by the buyer, are not refundable unless required by law.

For EU withdrawal returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back, whichever comes first. For all other returns, refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
