Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
